Hisashi Kashiwai

Hisashi Kashiwai nasceu em 1952 e foi criado em Quioto, no Japão.

Depois de se formar em Saúde Dentária na Universidade de Osaka, regressou a Quioto para exercer a profissão. Dada a sua origem, é convidado regularmente para falar e escrever acerca de tópicos variados sobre a cidade, tanto na televisão como na imprensa.
