Magary escreve também para a NBC, Deadspin e Maxim e é autor de três outros livros: The Postmortal, Someone Could Get Hurt e Men With Balls. Foi finalista dos Prémios Philip K. Dick e Arthur C. Clarke. Vive em Maryland com a mulher e três filhos e adora fazer grandes caminhadas.
